How quickly are orders shipped?

Most orders are handed over to our logistics partners within 1 working day of order confirmation.

For custom-size or custom-cut honeycomb paper orders, dispatch may take an additional 2–3 working days once details are finalized.

Orders above ₹1500 qualify for free shipping.
Orders below ₹1500 may incur a shipping fee of ₹149, which is clearly shown at checkout.


How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped:

✅ You will receive a tracking number via Email, SMS, or WhatsApp
✅ You can track your order from the “My Account” section on our website

For smoother tracking, please ensure you enter a valid email address and mobile number while placing the order.


Where do you deliver?

PaperShield currently delivers to 6000+ PIN codes across India.

Remote Location Delivery (ODA Areas)

Some locations fall under Remote / Out of Delivery Area (ODA) zones.

For such areas:

These charges and timelines are clearly displayed at checkout if your PIN code falls under this category.


International Shipping

At present, PaperShield delivers only within India.

You can, however, place orders from anywhere in the world using international cards, as long as the delivery address is within India.


GST Invoice

All shipments include a GST invoice inside the package.

Multiple Shipments

If your order contains multiple items:


Delayed Shipments

In rare cases, shipping may take longer due to stock movement or manufacturing delays.

If we are unable to ship your order within 10 working days:

✅ We will cancel the unshipped portion
✅ You will be notified via email
✅ A refund will be initiated for the unshipped items through the original payment method


Damaged or Tampered Packages

If you notice:

❌ Package is damaged
❌ Seal is broken
❌ Box looks tampered

Please do not accept the delivery.
Instead, contact us immediately with your order number.

We will arrange a replacement at the earliest.


Legal Tax Compliance

All shipments include invoices as per Indian taxation laws.
