Return & Refund Policy – PaperShield
At PaperShield, we value customer satisfaction and aim to provide high-quality honeycomb paper packaging products. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms stated below.
Order Cancellation & Modification
Orders can be cancelled within a few hours of placement.
Once an order is processed or dispatched, it cannot be modified or cancelled.
Key points:

Discount codes must be applied at checkout.

Codes cannot be added after the order is placed.

If a shipped order is cancelled, return shipping and restocking charges will apply.
Return Eligibility
You may request a return if:
✅ The product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging
✅ The return request is made within 7 days of delivery
❌ Custom-cut or customized honeycomb paper products are non-returnable due to their made-to-order nature.
If the return is due to an error from PaperShield, we will arrange free return pickup.
Otherwise, the customer bears the return shipping cost.
Honeycomb Paper Storage Disclaimer
The performance and durability of honeycomb paper depends on storage conditions.
Please ensure:

Storage below 70% humidity

Away from damp walls and moisture
-
Away from chemicals and direct heat
📌 Damage caused by improper or long-term storage is not eligible for returns or refunds.
Manufacturing Tolerances
All PaperShield products follow standard industry tolerances:

Size tolerance up to ±5mm

Minor color shade variations across batches
These variations are normal and do not qualify as defects.
If products are returned due to wrong size ordered or change of mind:

A 30% restocking fee applies

Return shipping cost is to be borne by the customer

Manufacturing Defect Returns
If you receive a product with a genuine manufacturing defect:

Email us to request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number

Pack the item securely with:

RMA number

Original invoice

Ship the product to the return address provided
⚠️ Do not hand over return parcels to the delivery agent during delivery.
Damaged in Transit
If your package arrives damaged:
✅ Contact us within 4 hours of delivery
✅ Share clear photos of the unopened packaging
Once verified, we will initiate a courier damage claim and ship a replacement after approval.
Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are processed within:
